Studio Flöz, opened in the Weissensee district of Berlin in 2012, is a 150 square meter studio suitable for artistic creations, rehearsals, workshops.
Studio Flöz is located on Lehderstr., a long, quiet, tree-lined street famous in Berlin for its interior courtyards full of craft workshops, artists' studios and creative people.
NON-REFUNDABLE RENTAL DEPOSIT
The required non-refundable rental deposit will be 50% of the total rental fee and is due upon signing of the contract. The 50% balance of the contracted rate along with proof of insurance (as per our specs), is due one month before the event date. If agreement is issued less than one month prior to event, 100% of total rental fee with proof of insurance is due upon signing. Rental fee must be paid in full, one week before event.
Studio Flöz accepts no liability for accidents and damage during use and on the way to and from Studio Flöz. It also accepts no liability for theft of any kind. The undertakes to comply with the statutory regulations on noise pollution (disturbance of the night's rest), hygiene and health regulations, as well as accident prevention regulations. The tenant is liable for damage caused in the Studio Flöz and has taken out liability insurance.
